Namaste!

I am a Nationally certified Licensed Massage Therapist and a Reiki Master/Teacher.

I bring with me the compassion that is vital to the bodywork profession. I focus on each client with an educated, intuitive, and nurturing approach to create a session that is most optimal for their needs. I am trained in a variety of modalities and integrate an array of techniques beneficial for;

-Chronic medical issues

- Muscular aches/ tension/ pain

-Injury recovery

-Stress and anxiety

-and certainly, general relaxation!

I truly know the importance of working with all my clients on a holistic level. I am absolutely committed to sharing my passion for health and long-term well being with them.

There is, however a special place in my heart for working with Military members, as well as trauma survivors in integrating safe and gentle touch back into their lives.

My main office is located on 83 Boston Post Road in Waterford, CT in the Center for Therapies building.

I also see clients with the Reiki for Military program located at 495 Gold Star Highway Suite #324 in Groton, CT

I work with private and corporate clients doing mobile and event massage as well.
